Ryan has been travelling the world, delivering talks on how to improve your wellbeing, especially at work. 

His book has been featured on bestseller lists and contains tons of insights on wellbeing tips that are backed by psychological research and inspiring stories of success. 

These include unconventional concepts such as Kintsugi as well as more modern practices such as digital detoxes.

Maya is a social media sensation with her visualisation practices. Not only has she done a fabulous TEDx talk for us, but she’s also done visualisation workshops at our other TEDx events.

Patrice Gordon is one of the world’s leading experts on reverse mentoring. Not only has she done a TEDx talk, but that talk has been featured by TED as one of the top spotlight talks.
