WHAT TO EXPECT
This isn’t just a TEDx workshop. This is a moment. A container. A soft, brave place to land and bring your most present self.
Together, we’ll slow down and sit in the stories that have shaped us. We’ll name the seasons we’ve survived. We’ll explore what we’ve been through – and how it transformed us.
You’ll write. You’ll speak. You’ll listen. You’ll witness.
Because here’s the truth: We will never EVER be in this room, with these people, in this moment again. And that makes this sacred.
So come as you are. Bring your whole story. Not the polished version. The one that’s still becoming. The one only you can tell.
Because that story? It’s made up of lots of gorgeous, glorious, messy, complicated, heavy and hard stories. That’s where your resilience lives – on the bridge between who you were and who you’re becoming.

WORKSHOP BY AMANDA BAKER:
F*CK BOUNCING BACK.

Perhaps you’ve felt the pressure to bounce back. Back to work. Back to ‘normal’. Back to a version of yourself that no longer feels like you.
Or maybe you’ve pushed yourself to return to ‘how things were before.’
But what if bouncing back isn’t the goal?
What if resilience looks more like:
Bouncing forward.
Bouncing sideways.
Bouncing around as you figure it out.
Bouncing into a new frequency of yourself.
What if resilience is built in the sacred moment you pause and witness your own story, asking: Is this really my story? And does it still serve who I’m becoming?
If you’ve ever blinked and missed a season of your life…
If you’ve felt disconnected from yourself, your work, or the people you care about… If you’re craving real connection – to something deeper, to something true…
Then come and BE with us. Bring your story, your questions, and your full, beautiful, messy self.
Let’s explore how rewriting your story might just be the most resilient thing you ever do.
